AccuQuilt & Cricut: Cutting Systems
There comes a point in sewing and quilting when a rotary cutter and ruler aren't always the most efficient tools for the job. That's where specialized cutting systems come into the picture.
AccuQuilt and Cricut offer different approaches to cutting fabric and other materials, from precisely cut quilting shapes and appliqué pieces to intricate designs and creative projects. Both can expand what's possible in the sewing room, although they serve different purposes and come with their own learning curves.
Here you'll find a collection of cutting machines, dies, accessories, and tools, along with my experiences using them and recommendations for getting the most out of your investment. Because buying a machine is one thing. Figuring out which accessories are actually useful is another.
