A Weekly Visit to My Sewing Room

Welcome to the Saturday Stitch Report—part sewing diary, part progress report, part fabric appreciation society.

Every week I share what I'm working on, what's currently covering my cutting table, the projects that are behaving themselves (and the ones that definitely aren't), new fabric finds, favorite notions, and the occasional interruption from cats who believe every quilt is made exclusively for their entertainment.

You'll also find updates on sew-alongs, works in progress, finished quilts, new tutorials, upcoming blog posts, and whatever quilting adventure has captured my attention that week.

Some weeks I'll finish an entire quilt.

Other weeks I'll spend three hours deciding on binding fabric and call it productive.

Both count.

The Saturday Stitch Report is a reminder that quilting isn't a race to the finish line. It's the quiet moments of cutting, pressing, stitching, ripping out a seam, trying again, and slowly turning a pile of fabric into something beautiful.

So grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and see what's happening in the sewing room this week.
